Payment Options - How can I pay?

We accept the following credit cards... Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and we accept Paypal payments. We are a verified Paypal customer. Unfortunately we do not accept direct deposit or internet payments.

 

Discounts for bulk?

All of the individual skincare products do already have a reduced price depending on whether you purchase singles or lots of 3 or lots of 6. The more you buy the better the discount. This is the best discount we are able to offer.

 

What is the minimum amount of purchase?

The minimum amount that the shopping cart will let you purchase is $20.00

 

What currency am I charged in?

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and credit cards and Paypal will charge in NZD. Your home bank will convert into your currency and that will show on your statement. So if you purchase goods totaling $50.00 and you live in the USA your statement will show $29.85 US dollars has been charged. (based on the currency at the time of writing this). Remember the exchange rate is always fluctuating.

 

Freight - How much is it?

New Zealand wide orders are between $1.00 and $5.00 depending on the size of the order.
Overseas orders are priced according to weight. The easiest way to find out how much freight will cost you is to select what you would like by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button. Tell the cart what country you are in and then select 'recalculate' and it will give you the exact price of freight. Easy!

 

Freight - How long will my parcel take to arrive?

For New Zealand orders we use Courier Post and they take 1 to 2 days. Courier Post do not work on the weekends so if you place an order late Friday afternoon, it wont arrive until Tuesday.

For overseas customers we send all of our parcels via New Zealand Post Air International. This has proven to be extremely reliable and remarkably fast.
Parcels to Australia 3 to 7 working days
Parcels to Rest of the world 4 to 10 working days.

 

Is this web site secure?

Yes our web site is secure. All credit Card information is encrypted and temporarily stored on a 128 bit SSL secure server until we process the sale.

 

Customs & duties charges - are there any?

On some international gifts selected items may be subject to import taxes or duties on entering your country. (although this is very rare) These taxes or duties are your responsibility.

 

Refunds - our policy?

Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the GiftsNZ.com store, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price, provided...
* The product is undamaged and in original condition.
* The original receipt slip is included with the item.
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories and is still sealed.
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged or soiled items, or items returned (received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.
The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is again the result of our error.
