About Us

We are a retail shop right in the middle of Taupo, New Zealand. My wife and I have run this store now for six years. We love the lifestyle of meeting tourists from all over the world and chatting with them. We do also have many other souvenirs and gifts in store but feel there is a high demand for the skincare that we have and as such have created this web site to assist specifically with skincare for our overseas customers. That said everyone is welcome to make use of this web site including Kiwis as we already have many locals and several South Islanders using us.

We have also had a relationship with our main supplier for six years and now through experience know that these products truly do work. The Manuka Honey and the Alpine Silk Lanolin are the two most popular ranges. Both have proven to be very effective and have gained a large following of regular customers. The Thermal mud is also the real mccoy, don't mistakenly think its a gimmick. Thermal mud has marvelous therapeutic properties. I have personally tried the Heat Rub and found it to be a miracle cure for a very sore worn knee. The Kiwifruit skincare range can only be good for you as it has the highest percentage of vitamin C of all the fruits. And for something a little traditional for the perfect gift try the Kete's.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm. Saturday is 9am to 3pm and Sunday is 10am to 2pm. Sometimes if its busy we stay later or open earlier but these are the main hours we are open.
