About Lanolin...

Lanolin is made from sheep... Or more accurately from sheep's wool. 300ml of the main ingredient called wool grease can be produced from one merino sheep. This grease is removed from the sheep's wool by using centrifugal separators.

Recent laboratory studies have shown a small percentage of antibiotics present in Lanolin.

Obviously Lanolin is used as a tremendous repair agent for dry and cracked skin and can be used all over the body. It is usually used on the hands and face also chapped lips, itchy dry skin, rough sore feet and even minor sores and abrasions. A less known fact is baseball players commonly use lanolin to soften new baseball gloves.
